Submission guidelines

Effective August 26, 2026

South Waller County is a community bulletin board for useful, local information. Every submission is reviewed before publication.

What belongs here

• Local events, meetings, school dates, volunteer opportunities, announcements, and deadlines relevant to South Waller County.
• Accurate details from organizers, hosts, public agencies, schools, churches, nonprofits, and neighbors.
• Public contact information, links, or flyers that the submitter has permission to share.

What we do not publish

• Spam, scams, misleading claims, harassment, hate, threats, or illegal content.
• Private personal information or images shared without permission.
• Duplicate submissions, unrelated promotions, or content outside the communities served.
• Partisan candidate advertising or endorsements. Neutral public election information may be considered.

Review and changes

Editors may correct formatting, decline a submission, request clarification, or remove outdated or inaccurate information. Approval is not an endorsement. Submitters should use their private management link to request updates, rescheduling, cancellation, or removal.

Flyers and rights

By uploading a flyer or image, you confirm that you have permission to share it and allow South Waller County to display it with the submission.
